Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns may also be approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Used or final sale items are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review.

Orders placed by Tuesday at 8:00 PM qualify for Wednesday campus delivery. Students select a delivery location at checkout and must be present during the delivery window. Orders after the cutoff are scheduled for the next delivery date or shipped.
